Wanna be fit like Bollywood celebs..?

bollywood_fitnessThere is hardly any person at this planet, who does not want to be fit. All and sundry like to be svelte. But then why we see majority of the people out of shape? The reason is time problem or laziness. Or (else) everybody wants to be in a fit mode.

So what to do in order to be able-bodied? The answer is – just avoid fried food and carbs, don’t miss the workouts at gym and don’t deprive yourself at all.

Our Bollywood stars are who give us inspiration to be fit. They are the ones, who have to be sylphlike all the time since their profession demands it. They follow the nutritionists’ diet plan strictly and do regular workouts in gyms. So why not to follow them to look fit and healthy? Just go through what the Bollywood stars’ do regularly in order to be svelte and superfit.

Shilpa Shetty:

bollywood_fitness_shilpa_shettyShe is one actress, who is thin with narrow waist and curvaceous sexy figure. She does not avoid any food. As per Shetty, her calorie intake is 2000 per day. She says that she does not need much carbs because she does not do any manual work. Shilpa is a non-veggie. She eats non-vegetarian food every day except Thursday. At breakfast table, she is served the bowl of porridge with normal tea. After that she goes to gym. Upon return, she drinks a protein shake, eats two dates and eight black raisins. At 2.30 p.m., she eats her lunch, which comprises of a roti (bread) made of five different kinds of grain. As normally, the celebs and people who want to maintain the body fit, avoid ghee (oil) but Shilpa is the one person who likes to have ghee (oil) on roti at lunch time. With roti, she munches vegetables in refined oil, chicken and daal.

After having the lunch, if she likes to eat something sweet, she goes for a kulfi or chocolate. Late afternoon, Shetty takes a cup of green tea. Throughout the day, she drinks a lot of hot water also. In the evening, she drinks flavored soya milk then a cup of tea and after that, no food until dinner (unless she feels hungry). If she wants to have something in between, then she goes for an omelets sandwich. At 9.30 p.m., she has her dinner ready served with lettuce salad laced with pomegranate or apple. At night, she does not eat roti. Since early to bed and early to rise is the formula of being fit and healthy, Shilpa declines it by sleeping late at night.

Sunil Shetty:

His philosophy about eating is that – eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. Suniel is also among those stars, who do not avoid any food. He does not monitor his carbs and calories. He takes the food as per his body requirements. At breakfast, he eats the food cooked by his mother. But sometimes he also goes for eating brown bread with eggs. During the whole day, he does not avoid carbohydrates. In the afternoon, he tries his hand at brown rice with two vegetables. The dinner, he is served, is swaddled with soup, salad and fish or meat. Thrice a week, Sunil does not eat meat but he does not happen to be a vegetarian. His routine is like: at 11.30 a.m. he has fruits, at 4.00 p.m. he eats snacks or light biscuits. For him, early dinner appears to be vital. He never goes for protein shake or steroids. At the age of 47, his waist is 30 inch that shows how fit he is! His wife Mana too takes care of his diet. Thai food is his favorite.

Himesh Reshammiya:

He has said good-bye to rice, rotis (flour breads) and all kinds of sweets completely in order to be fit. But when this man is not on dieting, he eats everything, he likes without caring about the quantity.

Neil Nitin Mukesh:

bollywood_fitness_Neil_MukeshThis new heartthrob’s calorie’s consuming is about 2500 per day. Neil burns out 1000 to 1100 each day. Currently he is on steamed fish at lunches and dinners. The proteins, he takes in, are around 140 grams daily. There is a big no to carbohydrates and fatty food. Why? Because fatness is in his family’s genes so he has to be careful all the time.

So guys, you have now known what your favorite stars eat to be fit and healthy. Just make your routes on their paths and you too be fit like the bollywood celebs.
