eggs_good_for_healthEgg is the food item, which everyone loves to eat. The kids would love to have it in the dishes. In the mornings, all and sundry desire it to be included in the breakfasts. It’s the favorite food item in everyone’s breakfast. But many are afraid of eating them due to the notion that the eggs add many kilos to their weight. But now the science has disapproved it and said that they are good for heart. Now the heart foundation utters – eat as many as you want.

People have been much afraid to eat them because of the dietary cholesterol problem taken place due to eating them in plenty.

On this, a researcher expresses, “The cholesterol in our food doesn’t impact our risk for heart disease – (what causes) that is saturated fat and trans fat.”

It is now learnt that the eggs are low in saturated fat. They consist of vital compounds like choline, which are good for metabolism. And this choline happens to be beneficial for the foetal brain development during pregnancy.

Eggs are also filled with lutein that lowers the risk for cataracts and macular degeneration. People who eat the eggs in the breakfast are the ones, who feel fuller for longer. And this habit reduces the risk of overeating at lunch (which normally is eaten hugely).

The highest quality proteins are found in eggs. And you can found them in the markets for the lowest costs. This is the big advantage for sure. Eggs contain those vitamin and minerals, one needs except vitamin C.

Eggs truly sit fit to a healthy diet for the people who have normal cholesterol level, high cholesterol level and for the people who have diabetes and metabolic syndrome.

Although the heart foundation is of the view that … eat as many eggs as you want, nonetheless it recommends that eating six eggs per week is better for health and heart’s function in a right manner. It is said that the cholesterol in food does not equal cholesterol in the blood. It is the saturated fat and trans fat, one consumes that is directly related to the rise in cholesterol in the blood.

So, don’t be afraid and lets go buying the eggs from the market.
