condomsEvery corner is buzzing that using condom is necessary for health and this habit protects you from many dangerous diseases. But one gets astonished when the new study is read that says doing sex without condom is good for mental health.

According to the research, unprotected heterosexual sex can significantly boost men and women’s mental wellbeing. The heterosexual sex with a condom leads to poorer mental health. The study utters that the mankind is biologically programmed to enjoy the full unprotected sex since it endows the couples with an evolutionary advantage and then maximizes the chances of reproducing.

A renowned sexologist Brody expresses, “Evolution is not politically correct, so of the very broad range of potential sexual behaviour, there is actually only one that is consistently associated with better physical and mental health and that is the one sexual behaviour that would be favoured by evolution. That is not accidental.”

Recently in Portugal, a research had been done on this issue where 99 women and 111 men were hired. They were given a questionnaire about the pleasure they derived from their sex lives and contraception use.

The result, which oozed out showed that the ones who used condoms while intercourse (having sex) were found with the problem of stress. And those who did the unprotected sex with their partners, they were easily able to deal with stress in a more mature way by taking effective action. There was no sign of stress in them and they developed better mental health. The symbols applied on both men and women though it is the men who wear condoms but women equally participate in sex.

This research however was criticized hugely by the health campaigners, who warned tat unsafe sex leads to unwanted pregnancies and many diseases. Even the health organizations said that unsafe sex could lead to sexually transmitted diseases.

Whatsoever this research says but it is a vivid fact that using condom is VERY ESSENTIAL to protect you from sexually transmitted diseases. So use it always.
