Ofcourse, it’s your supervisor who lies between you and your success. So why do you hesitate to talk to him? Just chew up talks with him/her often. This way, you will get the open doors to your boss. The good reports about you will be sent to your CEO. Also be polite to your colleagues and teammates. Being nice to people is what makes your successful in life and at work.
Be Diplomat:
Don’t get yourself involved in any quarrel in office. It’s utterly harmful and damages your reputation among the staff and seniors. You will need to know about your enemies. Once you figure out them, always try to avoid doing any flaw before them. Be conscious and cautious especially around the appraisal time. So why not to say hi and hello to one and all out there? It’s an advice.
Play Safe:
If continue working extremely hard and then don’t expect any good return, it means that you are putting all of your fruits in basket by yourself. You are becoming the culprit of the crime by yourself. If no one is seeing your efforts and even you make your boss see your hard work and he/she tries to take the eyes off, then it’s better to move that place where your efforts are noticed and you are given due credit for that.

The quick formula of success if being good to all. This will not only make you vital at your workplace but also will help others to say welcome to you wherever you go. So shut your mouth up and just try to make a solid grip over your nucleus skills. You should always justify the thin or fat pay slip that you take home every month.
