CVs – No Way…Stylish Personality is Welcome

Since the recession period has been going on for almost last one year or so, job market has shrunk so much that every business is firing the staff all over the world. New hiring is hardly witnessed. In this tough time, getting a job seems much difficult. But don’t worry guys – if there is a will, there is a way. Earlier we used to hear that a good resume fetches you a lucrative job. But now forget polishing your resumes any more since a new study suggests that your looks are more important than your CV.
Yes, that’s true as per the new research that says your look and personality is enough to get you a job than a good CV of yours. Now the employees are being hired on the basis of their appearance and personality. More you have a pleasant personality and stylish looks, the more bright chances are there to find a good job.
The new study utters that the lookism is vital in the trade where physical appearance is counted much than the previous experience on your resume. A survey has been done on this in Sydney that expresses that the 84 per cent employees were hired based on their personality and looks.
So the remaining 16 percent were hired on the basis of their qualifications and experience. This shows that the employers now pay very little attention on what a candidate has done so far in his/her career rather they just focus on how he/she looks and how smart he/she is!
‘Beauty is big business in today’s world’, this is what the employers are focusing on currently. While the interview sessions, your first impression counts a lot and in this session, your personality and looks are judged. CV has just become a formality now, which then is thrown in the basket. What benefits you is your stylish looks since in jobs, people to people contact is very much exists. So the employers are now making it focal that how smart their employees look!
Thus just leave polishing your CVs now and focus on making your looks and personality stylish and heart-hitting instead if you like to enter into the job trade.

Do you think just being stylish and good appearance can fetch you a lucrative job? Well, I don’t agree to it. It’s the candidates knowledge, way of presentation, skills and ability to answer in depth each point scribbled in resume that makes employers to hire them!!!
